FAQs

Our platform is completely free for you to use. All we ask is a £1.50 booking fee (charged to the user). This is per transaction so your users can add multiple entries to their basket and still only pay £1.50. Our platform uses Stripe for payments, so you will need a Stripe account to connect.

Yes, we provide a customisable widget you can embed on your website for events, facilities, times and results.

We get it - it may feel like an unnecessary hassle when what you have “does the job”. But what if your booking system not only “did the job”, but did the job REALLY well? We didn’t build it for no reason...

Our research shows that many riders (myself included) have struggled with booking issues, system crashes/slowness,confusion and poor mobile access. As many of the current platforms are built on older tech, which is at high risk of being phased out, these problems are likely to only get worse.

Why settle for less just because it’s the status quo? Why frustrate your customers unnecessarily? Our platform is built for speed, to future-proof your business, and most importantly, to make booking with you more enjoyable for your customers!

That’s fine! Neither are the vast majority of our users... we offer full support along the way. We have a full help website that documents all of our features and provides useful “how-to” guides on each one. And if you get stuck, we have a dedicated support WhatsApp or just pick up the phone and we will do what we can to assist you.

That’s no problem at all - just let us know what you need and there’s a 99% chance we can build it. Our software is entirely custom-built and our development team is fully in-house, no outsourcing or middle-men here. Ultimately our platform is useless if it doesn’t meet your needs, so we are more than happy to take on feedback and improve it wherever possible.

We promise you will love it, but if you don’t, it’s completely free and you are under no obligation to continue. There really is nothing to lose! If, at a later date, you did want to do a “full-switch”, we can always help you with the data transfer, free-of-charge. No stress!

Make an account

Whether you're a venue owner, or a freelance instructor, you simply need to make an account with a few basic details via the link below and you'll be able to log in to your new admin portal straight away.

Connect payment provider

Once you're logged in and can see your admin portal, our software will guide you through connecting with our payment provider, Stripe. This is essential for you to start taking bookings!

Add your venue

An optional step if you're a venue owner. Within the portal, you will be asked if you want to add a venue and be guided through that process once there.
